End of Life Inspections:

AS2550.3-2002 Clause 7.4.1 states:

Cranes that have reached the end of their design life shall be assessed to ensure their suitability for continued use… this assessment should be carried out at 10 year intervals for mechanical components, and at 25 year intervals for the structure.
